Dip-coating deposition of nanocomposite thin films based on water-soluble polymer and silica nanoparticles
Résumé
Highlights:-PVP thin films loaded with silica nanoparticles were prepared by dip-coating.-Thicknesses of the films are not affected by the presence of nanoparticles.-Nanoparticles are incorporated over the whole range of withdrawal speeds.-The deposition regime does not influence the nanoparticle concentration in the film.-Unexpected nanoparticle surface depletion is observed in the capillary branch.
